Jim Hyland obtained a First Class Honours Degree in Commerce at University College Cork after which he undertook post graduate studies at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant, he held a number of senior positions including Deputy Chief Executive of Golden Vale Group and Group Chief Executive of Youghal Carpets Plc. In 1984 he formed James Hyland and Company which changed its name to Hyland Johnson in 1998. Jim possesses an enormous amount of direct industrial and commercial experience. He has brought this to bear successfully in start ups, rationalisations, reorganisations and strategic planning. Jim is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Peter Johnson graduated in Metallurgy and Science of Materials at Trinity College, Oxford. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1986 with Arthur Andersen & Co. He joined the Bermuda office of KPMG Peat Marwick in 1987. In 1994 he joined the firm as a Partner. Peter has a broad range of experience as a Chartered Accountant including auditing, investigations and business start-ups.
